Technical literature

Technical literature is provided by Škoda and is available here.

Technical escalation

Before contacting the Škoda Technical Team, we hope you understand that our preconditions are that you have the literature required, a sufficiently trained technician and the necessary tools and measurement equipment.

If you have met the above preconditions then please complete our technical escalation form*. Please make sure you have the vehicle identification number/s (VIN) and engine number/s to hand and also ensure that the form is completed in full and an up to date diagnostic log is submitted, where required. Failure to do so may lead to delays in assistance.
